Virtual Reality in Computers

VR and Computers

What VR is and how it started

VR started first very long ago in many computing systems. It was very intuitive for the community and allowed for much more than just working specifics. As shown at a later date, technology has advanced much to the point that VR is starting to take more an effect toward the PC community. Many products like the Oculus Rift, Google Glass and HTC Vive were starting points to more and effect of systematically making a better experience.

The type of VR headsets started back in the early 1968 by Ivan Sutherland. This did not have most of any items that were seen today in most VR headsets such as the ability to see the room around you. This idea was mostly abandoned until the late 2000s where it began to be worked on again. Thus since then, we see many manufacturers making multiple headsets that can even be used toward our cellular devices and more.

So in conclusion, Virtual Reality headsets helped the community to grow to oppose much of the standards of computers today. In most cases, this was meant to be the computer technology, but since we have more systems that can be used from just one smartphone, it helps the community grow more every day.
